You might be eligible for a refund: If you have actively participated in every coaching session, watched the full content and completed every task, still you didn’t get results.
You are not eligible for a refund: If you have only downloaded the training material but did not join all coaching sessions, watched the content and completed the tasks.
But first we would like to try everything in our power to help you achieve your goals. We will coach you one-on-one to see what is wrong with your implementation.
Before discussing a refund we need proof that you have finished all the work necessary to achieve success. Please send your refund request to email@example.com with your complete homework proof up to 60 days after your purchase. No refunds will be issued after 60 days of the purchase date.
In case you have done everything expected from you and we have tried personally to help you, but the results achieved are still not as promised, we will issue a FULL refund to the same payment option chosen in the check out.
It is not possible to cancel payment plans due to increased probability of fraud. If the payment plan is not paid correctly a collection agency will be used and you will be subject to collection fees.
This refund policy does not cover buyers' assurance. In order to get a refund you must first and foremost discuss the refund with us before escalating it to any payment provider. If you escalate it you are subject to expenses and fines.
